- Tire inspection, pressure set to rider weight

- Valve core inspection & sealant check

- Hub bearing check + adjustment

- Bolts checked & torqued

- Derailleur limits & B-tension set

- Derailleur hanger alignment

- Cable tension adjustments (shifter & dropper)

- Headset set correctly

- Chain checked for stretch + lubed

- Brake pads resurfaced & cleaned

- Brake calipers recalibrated

- Bike polished

- Suspension pressures checked & set

Level 1, plus:

- Full drivetrain teardown & cleaning:

- Remove chain, cranks, bottom bracket, cassette, pulley wheels & freehub

- Deep degreasing (citrus based)

- Pulley wheel disassembly & lube

- Clean derailleur cages & chainrings

- Bottom bracket clean/inspect & reinstall to torque spec

- Freehub body cleaned & lubricated

Level 2, plus:

- Hydraulic brake service:

- Pads removed/resurfaced

- Pistons cleaned & greased

- Full fluid flush & bleed

- Bubble purge at levers

- Leak inspection

- Caliper re-calibration

- Rotors cleaned & trued

- Hot-brake testing on descent before pickup

Level 3, plus:

- Complete dual-suspension pivot teardown:

- Clean/inspect all bearings, bolts, spacers, bushings

- Inspect frame for cracks

- Reassembly with fresh bearings/hardware where needed

- System Scan/Firmware Update - $50

- Diagnostics/Repair - $150 +

E-Bike services are quoted on a case by case basis. We are certified Bosch technicians.

Bike wash only - $30

Drivetrain overhaul only - $150

Hydraulic brake service - $100 per brake

Dual suspension linkage overhaul - $250
